Olympic stability squats (squats with weights hung from bands):
ASS TO THE GROUND
45s, 1x8
2 45s, 1x6

then Scotty boy jumped in

45s 1x10
45 and 25, 1x6

GHRs 1x15 holding 45

Pull ups x8, 1 chain x 8, 2 chains x 6

 Morning jog
 

So the phrase, it's all up hill from here now has new meaning.

Hill sprints from the bottom light post to the top light post, pretty simple haha. the first hill is about 70 yards of a light uphill, then about a 5 yard flat section then up another hill that's about 30 yards at a pretty steep incline. Jog back down the the bottom, and repeat.

I did 6 of these without stopping, then I took a 5 1/2 min break, and did 4 more, then I felt like I was going to die/passout/vomit for 10 minutes afterwards.

Hometown is on it's way.

 Bench and back and a good way to use up a half hour
 

So today was the Man Challenge of the week, as it's come to be known I guess.
The challenge for today: 30 minutes, 30 sets, 90 reps

bench sets 1-10 @ 185, 11-20 @ 205, 21-30 @ 225
Elevated Rows 30 sets of 3 (immediately after each set of bench)

Then I did some strongman log curls @ presses, logx10, log+greens 2x5, log+greens single curl into 15 presses

...then I almost threw up...

and then I ate a lot of food and felt better

 Afternoon conditioning
 

Good solid warm up, about 15 minutes worth.

Monster, a quick refresher: 20 pushups, 20 V-sit ups, 20 prisoner squats, fire hydrant series x 5, 20 back hypers, then 5 rocket jumps into a 200m sprint. We did that 5 time consecutively... it was great fun... because it was almost 90 degrees out.

Time for dinner, and a drink or two.

 Some benchin...for the ladies
 

Incline lockouts: barx10, 135x10, 185x5, 225x5, 255x5, 275x3, 225x12, 135x15

Rotator bar lat pull downs, 200x3x10

1a. Side delt raises 25x3x10
1b. Shrugs 130x10, 135x10, 140x10

2a. Chest supported rows, 75x3x12


Tire Flips, three trips out and back, one after the other with Burger, Sweed, Cole, and Pat. Maybe 12 flips.

Strongman log, +greens 15 singles with Sweed, then x5, +2 greens x3, +2greens & 25s x1 I think that's somewhere around 230, maybe
