Speed squatttin time. 275 for 8x2, 315 for 2x2
Speeeeed deads double overhand grip 245 for 5, then 15 or so at 315
Tire flips where once again Hamer proved his weakness. hit a couple sets of 3, and one of 5. other that those it was just you-me pace.
Kettlebell flips 2x1 min
That's about it for today More pizza for lunch... Starting to get some weight back
