Then I took a short break to relieve myself from a pain in my loins that had been brewing since the first rep of deadlifts
DB swings 80# dbs x 3x12
Box jumps 5x5 We used the foam on the box, and for the last two sets we used the foams on the groud to jump off of.

Purple Band Push Downs 3x20
Tons of Rotational Abs
