Cleans 205 one rep every min. for an hour. followed by some Rot. abs with Jesse. time for some FOOOOD

T-bar tire deads 1x1 every 3 minutes for about an hour
mixed in some Z-curls and step ups inbetween sets,
then I hit some heavy abs...thats about it

Just messed around a bit today because we will be benching Saturday at Celli's for some shirt work. And My shoulder was acting up a little bit so I didn't want to push it too much.
We did a ton of Grip stuff, pull ups and pushups during horse, and I hit some heavy single handed olympic stuff.
time to go throw!
