25, 20, 15, 10 plate throws 2x1
push ups with sweed 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 so like just short of 50 gotta get better at push ups haha.

Bennie benson memorial classic
hammer: 55.71, pretty solid season opener. meet, and facility record. it also would have been a regional qualifing mark, so i'm pleased. especially on 4 hours of sleep.
disc: 46.71, not a bad toss. another good opener.

I got my new(well, new to me) metal Pro squatter(58) in the mail yesterday. so i tried it out today.
box squat to a low box: bar x 10 added tensioned green bands bar x 3 135 x 3 225 x 2x2 275 x 2 Added Pro squatter 275 x 4x2 straps up 275 x 3x2
I could feel the suit doin what it should, although it's realllly loose, i want to see what it'll do with my ace briefs under it. i think it's going to be a very good suit to learn in.
1a. Knee jumps bar x 3x5
1b. GHRs with a purple band 2x12
hip pops and retraction with a swiss ball 3x12
That was it for traditional lifting in the AM
PM with the hockey guys STRONGMAN day
One team was a guy short so i jumped in...however Hamer shortened my contributions to only 4(of 40) tire flips, and 100 push ups...i'm not that great at push ups... My team tied for second...There is work to do!
