Reverse band bench bar x 2x10 135 x 5 added green reverse bands 135 x 3 185 x 3 225 x 3 275 x 2 315 x 1 365 x 1 405 x 1 415 x 0 finished the rep, but needed a couple taps to finish removed green bands added metal viking presser size 56 315 x 3 changed to an old Huge inzer EHPHD double ply blast 315 x 1 shirt shifted 315 x 1 better rep, but the shirt is WAYYY tooo big switched back to the metal viking 315 x an easy, much better 2

box squat A box with two yellows is about 1/2 an inch under parallel for me

Then i started to do box jumps, but on my first jump when stepping of the box...I rolled the hell out of my ankle...so that sucks...

reverse hypers 3x20
abs and planks for a while

Prowler pushes 5 trips then I did some ab work and hung out
Joe and Derek were up from Rhode Island and Buffalo respectively. We were all a little tuned up from the night before.
