The way we had the purples stretched added anywhere from 130-150 at the top. gooood times. this was the first time that I had used my briefs so obvisouly I set a new PR in the foam squats.
Dead lifts 255 x 3x1 315 x 2x1 355 x 1 405 x 1 455 x 1 495 x 1 545 x 1 595 x .6
Box Jumps 5x5
Good mornings 135 3 x 10
Protein Shake 1x400 Cal Probably should have worked in a few more sets of this.

It was about 65 today so I spent the afternoon outside shootin some hoops, which I haven't done in about a year, it was great. My knees feel like they're about to explode...now I remember why I didn't play Bball in college.
I also got my new Ace Pro Squat Briefs in the mail today!! I'm pumped to try them out tomorrow morning. Time for some Big Boy Weights.

Hammmmer time, in between drilling Nash had me mix in different med-ball drills including hop-throws, and plyo-box throws (performing a box jump, with ball in hand, landing and throwing)
I'm kinda liking bnreaking up my throwing workout with medball work, it helps to break up the monotamy of drilling.
