 Senor Squat A Lot strikes again
 

Box squats onto a 17" box:

bar x 10
added Green band
x10
135 + green x 2x3
185 + green x 2x3
225 + green x 2x3
135 + green + purple 3x3
185 + green + purple 2x3

Trap Bar dead lifts:

135 x 3
225 x 2
315 x 1
405 x 1
495 x 1
545 x miss
495 x 2x1

Then I took a short break to relieve myself from a pain in my loins that had been brewing since the first rep of deadlifts

DB swings
80# dbs x 3x12

Box jumps 5x5
We used the foam on the box, and for the last two sets we used the foams on the groud to jump off of.

Straight bar shrugs:

Purple Band Push Downs

Tons of Rotational Abs

Then worked back down droppin plates each time.

Then talked up about 1000 pounds of bull shit... Gooooood times

 Friday Funday
 

Bench 8x2 @ 240

DB floor press 3x10 w/ 90s

Chain pushups w/ 4 chains. Burnt out on the first set did 36. after that did 2 sets of 5reps with each chain, so it was 5 with 4, 5 with 3, 5 with 2, 5 with 1, and 5 with no chains.

Hammer curls into press
2x10 with 35s

Prowler 2 trips... that's all that was needed, I'm pretty gassed.

Rack deads from about the middle of my shin:

Lat pull downs with rotator bar
160x 3x8

Front raise w/ toss
2x10 blue plate
1x15 chain

Overhead lunge with keg (empty)
2 trips

Box jumps
Mixed up box heights, flat box, foam, foam off the floor, all sorts of goooood stuff.

Then OUR NEW RACKS CAME!!!! So we put them together

Oly. Squats 5x2 @ 275

The new racks are swweeeeeeet!
