 Post-workout Workout
 

So I was a little wrecked from going through a little Field & Track preseason conditioning.

Squat Cleans 6x1 225
Step-ups onto 2 blues and a green 135x3x6

GHRs 3x8 holding 18k Kettle bell
Zottsman Curls 35x8, 40x8, 45x8 (For the Girls)

Purple band Face pulls 3x25

Thats it, pretty light and fast today, hopefully my legs will still be working tomorrow.

 Strong man conditioning
 

50m sprint to tire
Tire drag 25m
225 fat bar carry 25m
700# tire flips x5

1st set - 1:18
2nd - 1:10
3rd - 1:18

then I did a pair of pull ups with 4 chains around my neck, I call them A-Team pull ups, in honor of Mr. T.

Now it's off to practice, it's the first day so I'll keep you informend on what we do.

 DE squat day
 

Squat cleans 155x1, 245x1, 285x1x2, 305x1x2

Back squat (With green bands) 8x2 @ 275

GHRs with blue plate 2x8, blue and green 2x8

Wide grip pull ups 3x5

Cambered bar hypers 2x8 +greens

 DE Deadlift day
 

Squat Cleans 6x1 @ 285
My shoulders were a little stiff, and I was having some trouble with the catch, but I didn't miss a rep.

BB deads 10x2 @ 365. No problems here, the weight flew up.

Finished with a 255 continental press for Scotty Boy

single arm db press with 85s for 5x8, supersetted with
blast strap rows with a chain accross my waist 5x8

Then we did some tire flips... Jason did not join in...nor was he invited... he felt dejected..........single tear.......

 DE Bench and some other stuff
 

Floor Press 6x5x210, this felt pretty fast

then I did some cleans,
Squat cleans 6x2x190

Step ups 3x8x155 onto two blues and a yellow on top of the box.

Elevated rows 4x8x185 supersetted with
hanging led raises 4x20

Quick workout went well then...as usuall, I hung around too long and did this workout with Evie:

keg snatch, lunge each leg.
kettle bell snatch 5 each arm switch with partner
sled drags down and back
planks
tire flips with the 250

each of these for 2 min. and then a 2 min break and back at it. we did three sets of this and then I showered and sat in class all sweaty......and I still found a girl to hang out with Friday night...
