Wasn't quite sure what i wanted to do for squats today...my lower back is jacked up still from last week. So i did some tabatta squats...

Reverse Hypers:
4x12 body weight

tabatta squats w/135
84 total reps in 4 min

1a. Stadium step sprints x 3
1b. ab fall outs 3x12
