box squat
A box with two yellows is about 1/2 an inch under parallel for me

box w/ green
bar x 2x10
95 x 3x5
switched a yellow for the green
135 x 2x5
Put yellow and green on box
135 x 2x5
two yellows
2x5

Blugarian split squats
45 kilos
3x10 each leg

Then i started to do box jumps, but on my first jump when stepping of the box...I rolled the hell out of my ankle...so that sucks...

good thing it's only bench tomorrow
